Dinner and dessert, what are you having tonight?

For dinner tonight I made a spinach salad with reduced fat fetta cheese, an green apple (sliced and then cut in half), crainsins, small amout of almond slices and low fat raspberry vinagarette dressing- YUMM!!

 I also made a dessert casserole, on the bottom chocolate gram crackers, then sugar free cheesecake pudding, made with vanilla soymilk (less calories than cow’s milk), sliced up strawberries and topped with sugarfree or was it fat free cool whip? Extreamly yummy… but next time I need to make it into little dessert cups or something, because I just want to keep eating it!!  Just wanted to sare!!

Any fellow weight watchers out there?

I recently totalled my car and got my license taken away. So now I’m stuck riding my bike EVERYWHERE.. My weight watchers meetings are WAY too far, not to mention dangerious, for me to ride my bike to! Anywho, I really miss attending those meetings! Anwayone out there attneding weight watcher mettings that wouldn’t mind becoming my buddy and filling me in on what was covered in the meeting? Just a small blurb or something, I really miss them, they were so motivational and full of good “dieting” tips!!

I serving cheerios, 1/2 cup vanilla fat free yougurt, 1 medium banana slices… and I’m a splenda nut, so one packet splenda (optional)- Mixed all together in a bowl and breakfast is served- very yummy and very filling!

Brand new… starting today, wish me luck!!

I’ve been doing weight watchers for the past 9 weeks and have lost somewhere between 4 and 5 pounds! Which is great because my ultimate goal is to lost 11 pounds! However, I found the most beneficial part of being on weight watchers was the “bloging” and the support I got from my fellow weight loss supporters.  Trying to cut back on finances, and not my weight lost efforts, I googled and found BuddySlim.com. I love how you can create a profile and track your weight loss efforts with a fun sliding scale! Anway, my main goal is basically to stick with weight watcher’s guidelines and eat low cal, low fat, high fiber, and stay active, WISH ME LUCK!! :) Looking forward to meeting you all! :)
